April 10, 2023

KRJ Consulting (KRJC), a professional services consulting firm, celebrated its 15th anniversary yesterday, a milestone marked by a new phase of growth and development for the Columbia-based company, which now includes 23 employees and six consultants across multiple states including South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas and Washington, DC.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate 15 years of helping organizations and individuals achieve their full potential,” said Karen R. Jenkins, President and CEO of KRJ Consulting. “Our continued growth and success are a testament to our commitment to providing the highest quality services and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.”

Since its launch in 2008, KRJ Consulting has built a reputation as a trusted partner to organizations across a range of industries from federal, state, and local government to corporations and small businesses. To meet growing demand, KRJC has added three new hires to its team over the last six months, including Amelia McKie, Business Administration Manager, Dawn Fisher, Client Services Management, and Al Austin, Management Consultant.

As KRJ Consulting enters a new phase of growth, Jenkins continues her role as a community leader. In September 2023, she will take over as Chair of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she’s held various roles over the years. Jenkins also serves as Chair of the SC Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee and is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, Vistage, and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Business Program.
