Wilson Associates adds new agent with broad residential, investment property, lake area expertise

Wilson Associates, one of Greenville’s largest independent real estate firms, has added Amanda Harbin to its growing team of top-notch community-minded agents. Harbin brings a unique background as both a real estate agent and investor and broad knowledge of all areas of the Upstate, especially the lake area, to her new role.

Hardworking, focused and extremely detail-oriented, Harbin excels in understanding the complexities of real estate transactions, based on her experience on all sides of these deals. She and her husband have been active property investors for many years, owning rental properties, flipping houses and buying and selling lots, so she is uniquely qualified to help those pursuing similar goals. As the owner of a family vacation home on Lake Keowee, she knows the lake area inside and out and takes great satisfaction in using her familiarity with the lakes and her sales expertise to help guide those looking to find their own perfect lake retreat.

As a mother of three who has personally lived and purchased homes in many different Greenville neighborhoods, Harbin is familiar with neighborhood dynamics and schools and is skilled in helping buyers zero in on the perfect area or community for their unique needs and wants. Dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service, she is also adept at making the buying and selling process as simple and worry-free as possible.

A Greenville native, Harbin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology from Clemson University.
