The Assistant Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach serves to assist with all functions of the USC Upstate Men’s and Women’s Golf programs.

• Assists with the instruction of student-athletes in individual skill development, technique and strategy.
• Film review, off field instruction and meetings with student-athletes.
• Provide academic development, time management and life skills instructions.
• Oversee conditioning and weight training.
• Assist Head Coach with practice facility maintenance, decision making processes, scheduling, purchasing, recruiting, and practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Proof of valid driver’s license, good driving record, and successful background check required.

Successful completion of NCAA recruiting exam is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience includes two years of playing or coaching experience at the college level, knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
