LCSO Jail and Bail See Who Went to Jail

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office annual Jail and Bail event was a great success thanks to the generosity and willingness of their “inmates.”

Inmates from across the county were booked, processed, and thrown in jail where they got busy making calls and raising money for the LCSO Christmas for Kids program.

“The 2023 Jail and Bail fundraiser was the most successful so far with over $24,000 raised via donations and pledges,” said Courtney Snow, Public Information Officer. “We thank all participants who gave their time to help us raise money for Christmas for Kids and we are in awe of each person who donated to the cause. Thank you!”

The total raised this year was 6,000 more than last year. Every dollar raised is used to make Christmas happen for Laurens County children.
