Chase, a proud South Carolinian and founder of the popular streetwear clothing line CPEPZ, is excited to begin his new journey in real estate. Raised on a horse farm in northern Greenville, Chase’s deep connection to the South Carolina countryside has fueled his entrepreneurial pursuit. Graduating in 2021, Chase pursued his passion for street fashion, creating CPEPZ, a brand known for its wacky and creative designs with positive messages. Drawing on his lifelong love for real estate, Chase’s dream of working in the industry has become a reality. With a focus on building relationships and helping others, Chase aims to provide unparalleled real estate experiences for clients, combining his love for the industry and dedication to serving their needs.
