Colliers promotes Markus Kastenholz to Managing Director

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Markus Kastenholz, CCIM, CPA has been named Managing Director.
The Managing Director position acknowledges extraordinary brokerage production, market leadership and long-term success in the commercial real estate industry.

Kastenholz joined Colliers’ Charleston office in 2019 as a Vice President. He specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout South Carolina as well as development parcels located throughout the Lowcountry region of South Carolina. He is a member of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has been a member of the Professional Standards Board at Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR) for 15 years. He previously served as President of both the Commercial Investment Division (CID) and the Commercial Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) of CTAR.
