Grace Wheaton joins Colliers as Brokerage Coordinator in Greenville

Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce the newest addition to the team, Grace Wheaton, who serves as the Brokerage Coordinator in the firm’s Greenville office.
In this role, Grace provides critical support to the brokerage team by assisting with transactions, contracts, leases, coordination of showings and property tours and maintaining client relationships. She is also an asset to the marketing team, collaborating on marketing initiatives like tour books, flyers, reports and proposals and helping maintain property listing databases.
Grace has maintained a passion for commercial real estate throughout her career, working for several investment companies and real estate firms. Her background in property acquisition, renovation and disposition as well as property portfolio management and marketing will bring a well-rounded perspective to her new role as Brokerage Coordinator.

Grace is a graduate of Liberty University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is active within the Greenville community, volunteering for organizations like the YoungLife program. She also enjoys mentoring young people on the benefits of real estate investing.
