Swanson has a decade of experience in the industry, having previously worked with a commercial real estate developer to oversee the due diligence process for build-to-suit projects and most recently worked with a commercial real estate investment firm to identify sites for retail and self-storage developments across the southeastern United States. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
