Choate Construction Company toasts major milestone for Camp Hall Industrial Park Projects

Choate Construction Company is pleased to announce it has topped out on the last of three speculative industrial facilities for Childress Klein located within the Camp Hall Industrial Park. Totaling more than 1.4 million SF, these tilt-wall buildings are constructed consecutively to fast-track the development of the 107-acre site.

Building A (968,000 SF), Building B (273,000 SF), and Building C (182,000 SF) combined offer 282 dock doors and 185 feet of truck court space per building.
