T and V’s Authentic Italian quietly hit the scene in Laurens County providing another option for authentic Italian cuisine.

This new venture is the brainchild of Tim West, a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry.

T and V’s Authentic Italian, located 23195 HWY 76 East in Clinton, was born out of Tim West’s passion for providing a unique culinary journey. Though he hadn’t personally dined at Gerard’s, the restaurant’s previous incarnation, Tim recognized an opportunity to craft a distinctive menu that sets his establishment apart.

West is serving up some delicious entrees and his meticulous attention to detail is put into the preparation of every dish. West takes immense pride in crafting the dough fresh every day, ensuring that each bite offers the perfect texture and flavor. The sauce is also a labor of love, undergoing hours of cooking to eliminate the acidic elements from the tomatoes. This approach not only enhances the taste but also caters to patrons who may experience heartburn triggered by tomato acidity.

The menu at T and V’s Authentic Italian is still a work in process and West enjoys being flexible and creating personalized dishes at patrons request. Despite its relatively short time in operation, the restaurant has already garnered a group of loyal regulars. These patrons often request personalized, off-menu items tailored to their individual tastes.
