CHS Girls Tennis Sweep Union County – Head into Playoffs

In support of those who have lost the battle with breast cancer or currently undergoing treatment the team came to the court ready to play in their “pink out” shirts. The theme carried through their performance as they handed another team a shut out.
Some highlights include:
- #2 doubles played well and are improving each week (Merin Orr and Peyton Neighbors)
- Carly McMillan played a long hard fault match while still overcoming a lingering shoulder injury
- Kimora Wesley played a quick match and is getting back into form after knee surgery sidelined her last year
- Addy Derrick won easily and has a bright athletic future
- Libby Dailey finished in the rain on a slick court
- Chandler Dailey won handily while playing the #1 position.
