Colliers | South Carolina’s John Gressette represented Kids Garden in the leasing of ±1,880 square feet of retail space at 4714 Forest Drive in Columbia, making this its seventh location in the United States and the fifth location in the Carolinas.
Kids Garden is an eco-friendly, drop-in creative arts learning center. It offers the perfect place for parents with young children in need of some me-time. Offerings in
clude a flexible preschool program, drop-in afternoon enrichment classes, summer camps, birthday parties and Saturday’s parent night out.
Gressette is a Brokerage Associate working with tenants, landlords, sellers and purchasers to lease, purchase and sell retail properties of all sizes.
