This journey commenced with a deep exploration of the desired future state of the Fairview Custom Homes brand. The team meticulously selected a color palette featuring soothing Pebble White, Dutch White, and Grullo shades, enriched with a hint of Oxford Blue for intrigue. The graceful Foundry Tiento typeface was chosen, exuding modernity with neo-classical elegance. This design approach allowed Branded by Greenville to flawlessly encapsulate Fairview’s future vision.

The next phase centered on identifying the ideal client persona, primarily middle-aged individuals seeking retirement retreats or dream vacation homes with picturesque views and resort-style amenities. The team crafted a visual stylescape, including gold accents, organized layouts, sketch illustrations, and a luxurious Serif typeface. These elements served as the blueprint for the final Fairview website, further enhanced by custom assets like image carousels, a captivating B-Roll Film, home sketch illustrations, and interactive elevation maps, providing a unique browsing experience.
