Adele Alducin Installed as President-Elect for the Greenwood Association of Realtors

On Thursday, January 4th, the Greenwood Association of Realtors welcomed Adele Alducin as the newly appointed President-Elect for 2024. Adele, a Realtor affiliated with 864 Realty, LLC in Clinton, has made significant contributions to the real estate industry, showcasing expertise in Lake Greenwood properties, residential construction, commercial and industrial construction, historic preservation, and opportunity zone investments.
Alducin’s journey in the real estate realm spans three decades, beginning with a foundation in residential construction and real estate. With a career initially focused on commercial and industrial construction, Alducin transitioned into the world of real estate, obtaining her license in 2019. In her inaugural year, she achieved membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Club, a testament to her acumen and dedication in the field.
Her insights into historic preservation and opportunity zone investments are rooted in her experience with the Main Street South Carolina program. This unique perspective provides her real estate clients with a comprehensive understanding of the market and its potential opportunities.
Alducin graduated from the South Carolina Realtors Leadership Academy in 2022.
Hailing from a family deeply ingrained in the real estate sector, both her parents and sisters are Realtors. Notably, her middle sister, Adair Senn, serves as the chair of SCR RPAC for 2024, further highlighting the family’s commitment to excellence in the field.
The induction ceremony was presided over by Adele’s mother, Donna O. Smith, who serves as Broker In Charge with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner of Greenville. Smith, a Realtor with almost four decades of experience, has held the role of Broker In Charge for the past 26 years. Her career includes presidencies at local and state levels, as well as a national directorship for NAR, where she has been involved in various liaison and committee roles.
Having served as the Secretary for the Greenwood Association of Realtors in the preceding two years, Alducin is poised to use her skills in the role of President in 2025.
