Cottage and Vine moves to The Beach Company’s Cardinal Crossing

Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds and John Gressette represented the landlord, The Beach Company, and Matthew Pollard represented the tenant, Cottage and Vine, in the lease of ±2,378 square feet of retail space at Cardinal Crossing.
Cardinal Crossing is a $60 million mixed-use development on Forest Drive in the heart of Forest Acres. The site consists of 256 apartments, complemented by ±42,000 square feet of commercial shops including ground-level shops on the side facing Forest Drive. The development offers a bright future with a vision to continue Forest Acres’ tradition of creating vibrant communities in which to work, live and enjoy.
Cottage and Vine is a stylish local home boutique founded in 2006 featuring a selection of chic accessories, gifts, home furnishings, jewelry, bath and body products, baby items and other delightful offerings. The boutique recently announced new ownership and is moving from The Shoppes at 4600 just across Forest Drive to Cardinal Crossing.
Cardinal Crossing tenants include Clean Juice, Poogan’s Southern Cuisine, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Crumbl Cookies, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Moltovino, Ice Box, Go Clear Orthodontics, Club Pilates, StretchLab, YogaSix, Cyclebar, Ascend Studios and Aria Nail Spa.
Rox Pollard is a Vice President and Director of Retail Services at Colliers specializing in the sale, leasing and development consultation of retail properties across the state. Bonds is a Senior Brokerage Associate specializing in the leasing of neighborhood shopping centers. Gressette is a Brokerage Associate working with tenants, landlords, sellers and purchasers to lease, purchase and sell retail properties of all sizes.
