Global Location Strategies opens European office in Amsterdam

Originally part of the Fluor Corporation, GLS spun off as an independent firm in 2009. Today, the team has 110 years of location strategy and economic development experience. Nicholette Ross has been named managing consultant of GLS’s new European office. Ross brings a unique international perspective to location strategy, having worked overseas in Europe for the South Carolina Department of Commerce. At SC Commerce’s European Office, located in Munich, Germany, she advised and assisted companies across 13 countries in opening a facility in the U.S. As a member of the GLS team, Ross has supported the location decision-making of companies in the battery, clean tech, metals, and plastics industries.
