Colliers | South Carolina announced that Brian Davis, Director of Project Management Services | Charleston for LCK, Colliers’ project management partner, is the recipient of the 2023 ONE Colliers Award. The award was presented at the Colliers/LCK annual Awards Celebration held at Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia on February 21, 2024.
The ONE Colliers Award recognizes the individual who professionally represents the Colliers/LCK brand and plays a consistent role in unifying the Colliers/LCK team as ONE. The recipient also embodies and promotes Colliers’ six core values of integrity, service, collaboration, fun, expertise and community.
Davis provides leadership of LCK’s Charleston team while also managing various LCK projects including new developments and renovations for municipal, healthcare, commercial, industrial, nonprofit and retail real estate.
