Arts & Draughts returns with Daikaiju, Powder Horns, and more
March 26, 2024The Columbia Museum of Art’s biannual block party Arts & Draughts is back with a vengeance on April 12. This signature Columbia event is a great opportunity to frolic with friends and community creatives while exploring the museum. The upcoming Arts & Draughts features a stacked lineup of musical performances, dancing, community partners, art activities, and art experiences from the booming Columbia cultural scene and beyond.
“We’re turning up the temperature on this next A&D! Not only are we bringing in two excellent bands from out of town, we’re working with some of Columbia’s most creative contributors,” says CMA Manager of Engagement Wilson Bame. “We’re excited for Folk Tech to take over The Loft and karaoke to take over the Theater — if you haven’t experienced a Debbieoke, this is your perfect chance! And with contributions from our friend Crush Rush in the galleries, Turn90 printing tees on Boyd Plaza, our friends at SC Black Pride sharing valuable resources, and more, we’re ramped up for an amazing night!”
Partygoers are encouraged to:
