Lexington Medical Center to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day
April 24, 2024Lexington Medical Center will participate in National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Community members can drive through the location to drop off unused or expired prescriptions and over the counter medications from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Community members can anonymously drop off medication at Lexington Medical Park 3 on the hospital campus in West Columbia, which is at 222 East Medical Lane.
Pills, liquids in containers, and patches will be accepted. Needles are not accepted.
Disposal is free and anonymous.
Safely and properly disposing of medications helps to keep families and our community safe by preventing accidental poisoning, misuse, and overdose.
When: Saturday, April 27, 2024
10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
