NAI Columbia Milliken Land Team executes $2.7 million zoned industrial land sale

NAI Columbia’s Milliken Land Team consisting of Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken, and Nelson Weston, recently sold 77.8 acres on Highway 555 (Farrow Road) and I-77 for $2,723,035.

Located within an industrial corridor and is less than two miles from the announced Scout Motors plant. NAI Columbia represented the seller, Carolina Land Group.
