Cassidy Van Houten: Administrative Coordinator
Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman in 2024, Cassidy worked for Holliday Ingram where she assisted key stakeholders including the CEO, Managing Attorneys, Paralegals, and Office Managers. She managed basic office duties, provided closing support to colleagues, fostered client relationships, scheduled meetings, handled telephone communications, managed mail, verified funds, and offered notary services. Before that, she worked for Nelson and Galbreath where she held multiple roles including Receptionist, Contract Specialist, and Assistant Closing Paralegal.
In her current role, Cassidy collaborates with various brokers, contributing to lease administration, portfolio management, deal tracking, preparation of marketing materials, documentation of contracts, and conducting property research.
