Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds, John Gressette and Rox Pollard III represented RCC Village at Sandhill LLC in the lease of ±3,200 square feet of retail space at Village at Sandhill Marketplace to ISI Elite Training.
Village at Sandhill Marketplace is a 117,017-square-foot, Lowes Foods-anchored neighborhood shopping center located in the affluent region of Northeast Columbia, South Carolina. The center is well-located at the intersection of Clemson Road and North Springs Road and benefits from a densely populated infill location with strong demographics.
