The Mill at Fountain Inn is now open

The Mill at Fountain Inn is officially open for business. Starting Monday, June 3, the community hub will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Hours of operation are 11am-10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-11pm Friday-Saturday.

Fountain Inn Brewing Co. A brewery, housed in the 3-story former flour mill building, with 16 taps, a pizza kitchen, a full bar, and seating on the main level. The second floor has additional seating + another bar and can be rented for meetings and special events.

Outdoor area Expansive, fenced-in greenspace + one of the largest outdoor screens in the Upstate, which will be used to show movies, sporting events, and more.

Common area Additional indoor seating + TVs. Can also be rented out for private events.
In honor of Fountain Inn’s textile history, the old milling equipment will be refurbished and displayed at the front of the building. -
Food Hall Featuring a variety of dining and entertainment options + a full bar.

The transformative development consists of three historic buildings on the site of the former Ellison Flour Mill that were restored and renovated, preserving and repurposing as much of the original material as possible. The property, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, sits at the corner of Ellison and Wall Streets in the heart of downtown Fountain Inn.
The Mill at Fountain Inn is the first original concept to open from Innovative Hospitality & Development (IHD). The local ownership group, co-founded by partners Bryan Beal, Sako Zadoian, and Ryan Robertson, primarily targets historical, textile, and abandoned buildings, bringing them new life through renovation, restoration, and revitalization. IHD currently owns and operates Vaughn’s Food Hall in Simpsonville, and plans to open two new concepts in Greer and Woodruff in 2025/2026.
