Verdae adds Zach Maghsoud as Development Analyst

Zach Maghsoud has joined Verdae Development, Inc. as a Development Analyst.
Maghsoud will assist the Verdae team with planning, executing, and managing various projects within the master planned community focusing on financial analysis, deal structure, execution, and will support its growing development platform.
A native of Rock Hill, Maghsoud earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and his Master of Real Estate degree from Clemson University. His past experience includes being an Investment Analyst and Asset Manager with RealtyLink in Greenville. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Commercial Banking Analyst with Wells Fargo in Charlotte. Maghsoud also volunteers as a Young Life Leader, mentoring high school students in Greenville.
