Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Kishia Dolata to its Spartanburg office as a residential agent.
Kishia has resided in the Upstate since 1995, and praises its diversity, culture, and food. She especially appreciates its proximity to the mountains and ocean and how it has grown into a thriving, vibrant city without losing its small-town feel.
Prior to real estate, Kishia worked as a Connections Pastor at Hope Church and previously as an Assistant Director for Philanthropy at Converse University. Her ability to connect with others on a personal level, understand their vision, and strategically manage complex processes serves her well when assisting clients in real estate.
Kishia has always been passionate about real estate and helping people and saw the opportunity to combine the two when COVID hit in 2020. In a season faced with many challenges, she sought to move forward and make a positive change. Today, she serves clients with excellence by brokering the best deal for them and making the real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
Outside of working with clients, Kishia enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places.
