Kathryn Curtis joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Kathryn Curtis to its Greenville office as a residential agent.
Kathryn has lived in Greenville her entire life and considers Greenville’s growth to be nothing short of inspiring. She got into real estate upon the encouragement of her brother, Harry Croxton, a prominent commercial real estate agent in the area, who noted her desire for helping others would make a perfect fit for a career in real estate. Over the last decade, she has studied the market inside and out, providing exceptional service to achieve outstanding results for her clients.
Before starting her real estate career, Kathryn previously worked in pharmaceutical sales with PDI and served as the Branch Manager of Greenville and Spartanburg offices for US Personnel. Her professionalism and community outreach have helped her make a name for herself in the marketplace and she also received her designation as a Leading Real Estate Specialist, which allows her to help people relocate from all around the world.
While she can be all business, staying disciplined, responsive, and focused to facilitate a smooth transaction for her clients, she often earns the title “friend of the family” after closings due to her genuine concern for the people she helps.
Kathryn is also passionate about spending time with her family, being actively involved in her faith, and volunteering with breast cancer fundraisers and NAMI to bring awareness to mental health struggles here in the Upstate.
