Grand opening ceremony for More Vegan Cafe

The City of Columbia’s Office of Business Opportunities hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony for More Vegan Cafe, located at 4622 North Main Street, Columbia, SC 29203, celebrating the new establishment.
Founded in March 2024 by Mr. Robert Green, originally from New York City with over a decade of experience, More Vegan Cafe aims to enrich Columbia’s culinary landscape with diverse plant-based options. The menu features a fusion of Italian, Caribbean, American, and Asian influences, that cater to a wide range of tastes, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
In addition to plant-based options, the menu also consists of raw dishes that are uncooked or heated to preserve enzymes and nutrients. The food is prepared through blending, juicing, dehydrating, and marinating and these foods consists of salads, raw pizza, and wraps.
