With over 8 years in residential sales and more than 11 years in new construction and property management, Julie brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker Caine. Her journey in real estate began at the age of 19, when she was hired as a secretary for a new condo project in Asheville, NC. A chance opportunity to show a property led to a successful sale, igniting her passion for real estate.
In addition to her real estate career, Julie’s prior experience includes working with That Realty Group, ownership of Clean Sweep of Charlotte, and part-time sales at Savannah Townhomes. She has also worked in the hardest job of all as a stay-at-home mom.
