The City of Charleston hosts ribbon cutting of the new Entrepreneur Resource Center

The City of Charleston’s Office of Minority Business Enterprises announced the grand opening of its first Entrepreneur Resource Center (ERC), located at the James Lewis Apartment Complex, 91 Hanover Street.

The ERC is 7,000+ square fee of beautiful workspace including private and semiprivate offices, a co-working space, a conference room, a healthy corner store, a computer lab and common areas. The collaborative space is ideal for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs, startups and freelancers.

 

About The ERC

The ERC is designed to support both emerging and established entrepreneurs, including startups and freelancers. This new hub offers co-working spaces, private and semi-private offices, a conference room, a computer lab, future retail space, and various business resources. Special emphasis is placed on supporting under-represented, disadvantaged, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses.
