10X Digital awards digital marketing scholarship

10X Digital is proud to announce the winner of the 10X digital marketing scholarship for the Fall 2024 semester, Austin Pennington.

Austin Pennington, a 19-year-old from Cloverdale, IN, has shown remarkable resilience despite early challenges. Born with a cleft palate and diagnosed with autism, Austin transformed these obstacles into strengths, using his unique perspective to excel academically and personally. Graduating at the top of his class from Cloverdale High School and the Area 30 Career Center’s Culinary Arts Program, he furthered his studies at Ivy Tech Community College.

Austin now aims to leverage his business and marketing degree to become a marketing strategist who not only drives business success but also champions ethical marketing practices. He is particularly focused on using his skills to promote diversity and inclusion, harness technology for innovative marketing strategies, and advocate for positive social change. His goal is to become a leader that empowers individuals affected by speech challenges and autism to gain confidence and thrive in the business world. This scholarship will support his studies and help him achieve these goals, with a mission of making a meaningful impact in both the marketing field and the broader community.

For the past several years, 10X has awarded this bi-annual scholarship which assists with living expenses, books and tuition. 10X is also beginning the renewal process for the next digital marketing scholarship—with a deadline of December 2024, for Spring 2025.
