Angela Norris named assistant principal at Fulmer Middle School
August 5, 2024At its August 1, 2024, meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the hiring of Angela Norris as assistant principal at Fulmer Middle School.
Norris is a familiar face at the Lexington Two middle school, having most recently served since 2018 as a business teacher and assistant administrator at Fulmer. Prior to that, Norris was a Project Lead The Way teacher at the district’s Pine Ridge Middle School, and she started her education career in 2012 as a teacher in business, finance and information technology at Pine Forest High School in North Carolina’s Cumberland County Schools.
Norris received an associate degree from Robeson Community College, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees and a MSA from East Carolina University.
“As an administrator, I will do whatever it takes to make a significant impact on our students’ lives and educational outcomes,” Norris said. “I look forward to helping teachers thrive collaboratively, working toward common goals that help shape the lives of our students.”
