Colliers represents Stratton & Reynolds in purchase of 1,278-square-foot office building

Grayson Greiner of Colliers | South Carolina brokered the purchase of an approximately 1,278-square-foot office space at 914 Richland Street in Columbia, South Carolina. Colliers represented the property buyer, Stratton & Reynolds, in this transaction. Stratton & Reynolds will begin taking clients at their new Columbia location beginning in fall 2024.
Stratton & Reynolds is a law firm that specializes in estate planning, asset preservation and elder law with locations in Lexington, Aiken and Bluffton, South Carolina. The firm hosts a team of five attorneys dedicated to providing legal services to clients across South Carolina.
Located near the Governor’s Mansion in the Arsenal Hill neighborhood, the building consists of approximately 1,278 square feet within the Bonham Center, a private office park with five multi-tenant office buildings situated in Columbia’s Central Business District. This space is well-positioned between Columbia’s Vista and Main Street districts with easy access to the amenities of Downtown Columbia as well as the South Carolina State House and the University of South Carolina campus.
