Big Air Laurens Celebrates a Successful Opening Weekend

August 21, 2024

Big Air Laurens officially opened its doors on August 17, and the opening weekend was nothing short of a triumph. Over the course of Saturday and Sunday, the new entertainment venue welcomed around 1,400 guests who enjoyed a variety of activities, from trampoline jumping to bowling and axe throwing. This count doesn’t even include the many spectators and visitors who came just to enjoy a meal at the café, making the weekend a resounding success for the community’s newest hotspot.

Jake Cooper, the owner of Big Air Laurens, expressed his delight with the turnout: “We couldn’t have asked for a better opening weekend. Seeing so many families and friends come together to enjoy all that Big Air has to offer was incredible. This is exactly the kind of energy and excitement we hoped to bring to Laurens County.”

As word spreads about the new venue, the demand for parties and events has skyrocketed. Big Air Laurens currently has around 15 parties and events already scheduled for the coming weeks. To ensure they can provide the best possible experience for their guests, the team is encouraging party bookings to be scheduled after the beginning of September, allowing them to focus on perfecting the experience after their grand opening.

The 40,000-square-foot facility, which offers a wide range of activities for all ages, has quickly become a favorite destination for locals. Guests can enjoy a variety of attractions, including a trampoline main court with interactive games, a Gauntlet ninja course, dodgeball courts, and much more. The venue also features dining options that go beyond the typical trampoline park fare, with the café offering everything from Philly cheese steak wraps to hand-dipped ice cream.

With safety as a top priority, Big Air Laurens ensures that all guests can have fun in a secure environment. The team, led by General Manager Shane Quinn, is committed to maintaining high safety standards, with ongoing training and certifications for staff members.

This is just the beginning for Big Air Laurens, as the venue looks forward to continuing to serve as a go-to destination for family fun and adventure in the area. Follow them on Facebook by clicking HERE to check out weekly specials and more.
