Alair Homes Clemson celebrates National Construction Appreciation Week Sept. 16-20

In honor of National Construction Appreciation Week (Sept. 16-20), Alair Homes’ Clemson team has planned a series of special events and spotlights devoted to celebrating not only its own skilled trade teammates and partners but also all of the men and women who build America.
“One of my favorite parts of building new homes is getting to build relationships with the trades and market partners we work alongside every day.” explained Katherine Hazlewood, who serves as the Operations Manager of Alair Homes’ greater Clemson area. “The trade partners we work with are those who truly care about the work they are doing. Many are experts in their field, and some are true artisans in their own right. It is this extra care that makes their work so special.”
Throughout the week of Sept. 16-20, Hazlewood and other Alair Homes leaders from Clemson will travel to home sites throughout the Upstate, bringing celebratory treats and cheer to all its diligent workers. Alair Homes’ Clemson team has 6 custom homes and 4 major renovations in various phases of completion, concentrating within the greater Clemson area to include Lakes Keowee, Jocassee, and Hartwell.
The company also plans to showcase special content on its social media channels that will focus on the importance of long-term strategic partnerships. One of these, for example, is Tom Felton of Studio 511.
“Working with someone like Tom genuinely elevates each home’s design,” Hazlewood stated. “He and his team provide a level of creativity and detail that make each home unique and fulfill the client’s vision.”
National Construction Appreciation Week, taking place annually during the third week in September, began in 2018 to inspire and launch a national conversation around the vital role the construction industry, and its workers, hold in the current economy as well as building into the future of the country.
