September 24, 2024

Producer Paquin Entertainment Group announced that Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience and Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience, which have sold more than seven million tickets worldwide, will open at the Greenville Convention Center on Nov. 1 and Nov. 15, respectively. Both experiences will be available through Dec. 22. Audiences can enjoy these two blockbuster immersive events either individually or together as one combo ticket. Pre-sales begin today with tickets going on sale to the public on Sept. 26 at beyondexhibitions.com.

“Through cutting-edge technology, these immersive experiences are redefining what art means to people,” says Paquin Entertainment Group’s President of Exhibitions and Theatrical, Justin Paquin. “It has elevated artwork to the next level, allowing audiences to develop deeper connections with notable masterpieces that were just not possible in previous years.”

While journeying through Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, guests are transported through history, learning Van Gogh’s background while witnessing hundreds of iconic masterpieces, including instantly-recognizable classics “The Starry Night,” “Sunflowers,” and “Café Terrace at Night,” as well as many revealing self-portraits.

Freed from their frames, Van Gogh’s spectacular paintings appear on projection-swathed walls, inviting guests to fully immerse themselves into the incredible detail of his work. Vincent’s own dreams, thoughts, and words are set to a symphonic score while guests are enveloped in his ever-shifting, swirling, and colorful flowers, cafes, and stunning landscapes, creating an unmatched narrative experience.

Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience, which will open on Nov. 15, is full of infinite potential for wonder and sheds new light on what the world thought it knew about Claude Monet. The experience showcases more than 400 of Monet’s most iconic works of impressionism, including the “Water Lilies” series, “Impression: Sunrise,” and “Poppies”.

The experience gives guests a glimpse into the emotions and perspectives of the leading figure of Impressionism: Claude Monet. Taking inspiration from Musée de l’Orangerie in Paris, the designated home of Monet’s masterpieces, guests can freely roam the Infinity Room to absorb the artist’s bright and colorful paintings. Monet’s stunning imagery encompasses every surface of the room, transporting guests inside the paintings themselves. It is a haven for awakening the senses as the ebb and flow of the artwork is accompanied by the rhythm of an original score.

“When you stand inside these immersive experiences, you truly feel like you are part of these artists’ world,” says Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet Art Historian Fanny Curtat. “Audiences are seeing a fresh and original perspective, allowing us to form new relationships with notable masterpieces in dynamic and fascinating ways.”
