Cohn Construction completes adaptive re-use office build at 2717 Devine Street

Cohn Construction has completed construction on the renovation and adaptive re-use of the office building at 2717 Devine Street in collaboration with its sister company Cohn Development.
The two-story, 6,532 sq ft office building is located at 2717 Devine St, in Columbia, SC. The Renovation of the wood-framed building includes a new façade with a modern storefront curtain wall window system and new modern canopies. The interior renovation includes the creation of two Class A office tenant suites.

The second floor comprises 3,266 sq. ft. and is occupied by Vista Insurance. The office space serves as headquarters to Vista Insurance. It features an executive conference room, private offices with glass partitions, private bathrooms with showers, a warming kitchen, and a private golf simulator.
