The South Carolina Business Hall of Fame will induct four Laureates in 2025

Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina announced four new Laureates to be inducted to the South Carolina Business Hall of Fame on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Pastides Alumni Center at The University of South Carolina. Being inducted to the Business Hall of Fame is a distinction which honors lifetime achievements for those who have made a positive impact on South Carolina. Giants in their respective industries and champions of free enterprise, this year’s inductees:
- Mr. Carlos Evans, Chairman and Co-Manager of Salem Capital
- Mr. Thomas Fortson, Jr., Vice Chairman and Mr. Marion Knox, Jr., Chairman both of Terminix Service
- Ms. Sallie Krawcheck, CEO of Ellevest
These award winners, called Laureates, are champions of free enterprise and can be viewed as role models in business for the youth of the Palmetto State. They were chosen for their unique contributions to South Carolina’s business landscape, for being an agent of positive change, for their leadership, and for being a source of inspiration to the leaders of tomorrow.
The South Carolina Hall of Fame 2025 will occur on Thursday, March 13th, 2025, at the Pastides Alumni Center at the University of South Carolina.
