Trinity Partners leases retail space in Rosewood Shopping Center in Columbia

Trinity Partners announced the lease of Suite 3 in the Rosewood Shopping Center at 2800 Rosewood Drive in Columbia, SC. William Mills and Robbie Cook represented the landlord in the transaction.
Chex Grill & Wings will soon occupy the 2,400 square foot retail space. The space has remained vacant since Dano’s Pizza vacated the space over 10 years ago. Chex Grill & Wings offers over 40+ delectable wing flavors, fresh salads, gourmet burgers, hot oven sub sandwiches, and more. They currently have over 15 locations in three different states.
