Malik Tate joins Coldwell Banker Caine as IT Manager

Coldwell Banker Caine welcomed Malik Tate as IT Manager supporting all offices across the Upstate. Malik brings a robust background in computer science and cybersecurity, along with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and technology integration. His expertise will further strengthen Coldwell Banker Caine’s ability to provide efficient, secure IT solutions across the firm.

Malik joins Coldwell Banker Caine after nearly two years as an IT Desktop Support Analyst at Denny’s Corporate Headquarters, where he supported over 3,000 employees, diagnosed hardware and software issues, and collaborated with teams to implement efficient technology solutions.

A lifelong resident of the Upstate, Malik recently graduated in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Cybersecurity from the University of South Carolina Upstate. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Malik is an active community leader, involved in initiatives like the African American Leaders Group and the African American Male Scholars Initiative.
Outside of work, Malik enjoys honing his programming skills, exploring emerging technologies like AI and computer vision, and spending time with his family.
