Trinity Partners’ Columbia announced that Senior Brokerage Associate, Jake Nidiffer has earned the Society Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.

SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association with 3,900 members in 49 countries. It is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the commercial real estate industry.

Those who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized as thoughtful leaders with ambitious standards of excellence and integrity, and as some of the most capable and experienced brokerage specialists.

Jake Nidiffer focuses on representing tenants and landlords, mostly with flex and industrial product in South Carolina. Jake boasts the ability to identify and represent commercial real estate investment opportunities, as well as acquisitions, involving undeveloped commercial and recreational land tracts across the state. Known for his boots-on-the-ground approach, he is committed to offering quality, full-service expertise with an individualized touch to every client he serves.

A native of Columbia, Jake joined Trinity Partners at its inception in 2018 after previously working as a broker at another regional firm.
