Physical Rehabilitation Group Announces Relocation of Clinton Office — Same Team, New Location

November 20, 2024

Physical Rehabilitation Group (PRG), a trusted provider of physical therapy services in Clinton since 2007, is relocating its clinic to a new facility at Plantation Plaza, 700 Plaza Circle, Suite O-1, Clinton. The move follows the closure and sale of Palmetto Bone & Joint’s Clinton office, where PRG has rented gym space for the past 17 years. PRG’s final day at the current location will be November 27.

Owned by David Pegram, PT, MBA, ATC, PRG operates several clinics across South Carolina, including locations in Columbia, Conway, Gaffney, and Spartanburg. Despite the change in address, PRG assures patients that the same dedicated and experienced team will continue to provide the quality care they have come to trust.

The Clinton clinic’s local team includes:

  • Lindsay Simmons Edwards, DPT, the clinic manager, has been with PRG since 2010 and brings 15 years of experience.
  • Amanda Holman Smith, OT/R, a certified occupational therapist, has been a key part of the clinic since 2014.
  • Elaine Rector, PTA, who has been practicing since 1983 and joined PRG in 2007.
  • Allison Brown Lanford, PTA, who joined PRG in 2012, offers continuity and expertise with her 19 years of experience.
  • Sally Revis Wyatt, DPT, is a PRN therapist with 25 years experience and joined PRG in 2010

“We’re excited about the move,” Edwards shared. “Our team has strong ties to the community, and we look forward to continuing our patient care in the new space.”

The new clinic location is conveniently situated behind Dr. Julie Childers’ office, just across the street from the current site. PRG doors will officially re-open at the new location on December 2, 2024. An Open House event is planned shortly after, featuring local favorite Sunny Sullivan grilling burgers and hot dogs for patients and community members.

“We’ve worked together as a team for over a decade, which is rare in our industry,” Edwards added. “We’re thrilled to continue serving our past and current patients with the same commitment to quality care, just in a refreshed setting.”

Stay tuned for more details on the Open House event and join PRG in celebrating this exciting transition as they continue to serve the entire Laurens County community.
