Wyche’s Corporate Practice Group expands with addition of Alex Nordholm and Brian Park
November 13, 2024Wyche, a leading full-service law firm with offices across South Carolina, announced that Alex Nordholm and Brian Park have joined the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Both Nordholm and Park bring extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and corporate governance.

Alex Nordholm previously served as CEO of a global investment management firm, overseeing the firm’s investment strategy and overall operations. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Davis & Gilbert LLP in New York City, where he advised private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, and multinational corporations on M&A and investment transactions. Before entering legal practice, Nordholm worked at a major hedge fund in the New York City area. He has a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a BS in Political Science and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. Nordholm is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Jeremiah Program’s New York chapter.
Brian Park began his career practicing in the Corporate, Finance and Investments group at King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta, GA, where he specialized in strategic transactions, corporate governance, and corporate finance. More recently, Brian served as general counsel of a financial services company, where he advised on legal and compliance matters. Park holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association and on the editorial board of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. He also earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Clemson University.
