Trinity Partners facilitates industrial lease in Newark, New Jersey

Trinity Partners has completed the lease of an industrial facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey, outside of Newark. Bruce Harper, one of the founding partners of the South Carolina office, represented the tenant, ANSCO & Associates, LLC, in the lease of the 60,000-square foot, free-standing industrial facility located at 805 East Grand Street. The landlord was represented by Drew Maffey of Lee & Associates, Inc.

ANSCO & Associates, LLC is a leading, national telecommunications company offering comprehensive telecom services, covering everything from system conceptualization to turnkey construction. ANSCO has been in business for over 43 years and has over approximately 1,500 employees in approximately 50 locations across the United States.
