Colliers brings El Paso Tacos & Tequila to Clemson’s Plaza One 89

Lance Byars, Scott Burgess and Josh Seibert of Colliers | South Carolina represented FishHawk Capital’s Plaza One 89 in the lease of ±4,635 square feet of retail space at 189 Old Greenville Hwy, Clemson, South Carolina to El Paso Tacos & Tequila.
El Paso Tacos & Tequila is a family-owned restaurant with locations in Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. The brand’s menu features authentic Tex-Mex cuisine, handcrafted margaritas and a full tequila bar. The first restaurant location was opened in Valdosta, Georgia in 2020, followed by expansions in Georgia, Louisiana and North Carolina as well as Sumter and Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Plaza One 89 is a Class A mixed-use development featuring student housing and retail space built in 2018. Located just steps from Clemson University and downtown Clemson, it sits on Highway 93 across from Historic Riggs Field and the Fike Recreation Center.
