Emanuel Sullivan Sports Complex in Fountain Inn Honored with 2024 Sporting Grounds Field of the Year Award

The Emanuel Sullivan Sports Complex is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the prestigious 2024 Sporting Grounds Field of the Year award from the South Carolina Sports Field Managers Association (SCSFMA). This esteemed award acknowledges outstanding field management practices and exceptional playing conditions.
The SCSFMA utilized the rigorous evaluation criteria established by the National Sports Field Managers Association (SFMA) to determine the Field of the Year recipients. This comprehensive assessment included the Playing Condition Index (PCI), a standardized measurement of field quality.
The Field of the Year Program celebrates excellence in field management across various levels of play. Awards are presented in five categories: football, baseball, softball, soccer, and sporting grounds, and are divided into three divisions: professional, college/university, and schools/parks.
