Olde Eight Development hosts exclusive “Sneak Peek” event at new Greenwood County location

On December 13, 2024, select community members and leaders were invited to Olde Eight Golf Course in Greenwood, South Carolina, for a “Sneak Peek” event unveiling Olde Eight Development, a transformative mixed-use development in Greenwood County. The event showcased the bold vision behind the project, demonstrating its potential to elevate Greenwood County as a premier residential, recreational, and commercial destination.
Led by Greenwood Land Holdings, LLC, Olde Eight will blend modern residential neighborhoods with vibrant commercial spaces and world-class golf amenities. Guests explored development plans, viewed renderings, and heard from project leaders about the innovative vision for the community. Along with Greenwood Land Holdings, LLC, Front Light Building Company (FLBC) Development will manage the construction and development of this project.
