December 20, 2024

Interim HealthCare announced the promotions of Stephanie Collins to Area Vice President (AVP) of Home Health and Jen Collier to Area Vice President (AVP) of Business Development for Home Health and Hospice. These leadership advancements are designed to build on their strong foundation and enhance collaboration across teams, enabling us to enrich more lives and extend our reach into new communities.

Stephanie Collins has been a vital part of the Interim HealthCare team since 2005, beginning her career as a Registered Nurse Case Manager. Over nearly two decades, she has excelled in numerous roles, including Clinical Care Manager, Quality Improvement, and Director for multiple branches across Greenville, Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union counties. Her unwavering commitment to advancing patient care standards and supporting team growth has been instrumental in shaping Interim HealthCare’s culture of exceptional care and effective collaboration.

Jen Collier, a dedicated nurse with 15 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role as AVP of Business Development. With 13 years in the home health care space, Jen has transitioned seamlessly through roles as a field nurse, clinical manager, clinical educator, and, most recently, a business development leader. Since joining Interim in February, Jen has demonstrated her passion for building meaningful connections within the community and expanding Interim’s reach to ensure high-quality care for all those in need.

“These promotions reflect Stephanie and Jen’s dedication, expertise, and alignment with our mission to serve with compassion and excellence,” said Beth Landry, CEO. “Their leadership will foster stronger collaboration between clinical operations and business development, uniting our teams to make an even greater impact on the lives of those we serve.”

Interim HealthCare looks forward to the continued contributions of Stephanie Collins and Jen Collier as they step into these pivotal leadership roles, working to enhance collaboration and drive meaningful change within the organization and the communities they support.
