The Brew and Ribbon Cutting to Celebrate Hoyt Hanvey Jewelers’ Grand Opening
July 9, 2025Local business leaders and community members are invited to gather on Wednesday, July 16th for a special edition of The Brew Laurens County, hosted by the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce at the newly renovated Hoyt Hanvey Jewelers in Clinton.
The morning event will begin with coffee and conversation at 8:00 AM, as part of the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce’s ongoing Brew series designed to spotlight local entrepreneurs and foster business connections. Attendees will have the chance to hear from Angie Hanvey McKittrick, of Hoyt Hanvey Jewelers, as she shares her story of reopening the family jewelry business in downtown Clinton and discusses challenges.
Following The Brew, the Chamber will hold an official Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting at 9:30 AM to celebrate the store’s beautifully renovated space and renewed presence in the heart of downtown.

Hoyt Hanvey Jewelers, originally established by Angie’s father, has been a cherished name in Clinton for decades.
