Colliers brokers acquisition of additional office condo in Summerville for Level Financial Group

Grayson Greiner of Colliers | South Carolina brokered the purchase of an approximately 1,209-square-foot office condo at 208 North Cedar Street in downtown Summerville, South Carolina. Colliers represented the property buyer, Level Financial Group, in this transaction.

Level Financial Group provides forensic accounting and business valuation services to support clients in resolving complex financial situations. Its services include asset valuation, fraud investigation, litigation support and strategic financial consulting for various legal and business needs. The firm works closely with attorneys, business owners and individuals, offering solutions tailored to each case.

Previously, Greiner assisted Level Financial Group in procuring a 1,787-square-foot office condo in the office park at 208 North Cedar Street, making this most recent acquisition an expansion to the company’s rapidly growing practice.

The offices at 208 North Cedar Street are part of a broader redevelopment effort recently completed by the Pendium Group, consisting of two Class A office complexes totaling 7,601 square feet.

Summerville’s office market is experiencing a notable upswing, particularly driven by the Nexton master‑planned community. With around 2.5 million square feet of entitled office space and an additional 156,000 square feet underway since 2019, the area has matured into a thriving submarket for Class A office development. Key infrastructure improvements—such as the 2018 opening of the Sheep Island/Nexton Parkway interchange—are catalyzing growth by improving access and unlocking nearly 1,000 acres of mixed‑use and commercial land. As Summerville grows into a prominent employment hub with a robust population and job growth, demand for its office market is rising, making it an increasingly attractive and sought-after location.
