Clinton Councilmember Anita Williams Recognized for Completing State Leadership Program
July 22, 2025Clinton City Councilmember Anita Williams was recently honored during the 2025 Annual Municipal Association of South Carolina Meeting in Hilton Head for completing the South Carolina Municipal Elected Officials Institute of Government.
The institute provides elected leaders from across the state with training designed to strengthen their knowledge of local government operations and leadership strategies. Graduates leave the program better equipped to serve their communities with excellence and accountability.
Williams’ participation in the program underscores her ongoing commitment to professional development and her desire to serve the citizens of Clinton with informed, thoughtful leadership.
Clinton Mayor Randy Randall applauded Williams for this latest accomplishment. “We are proud of Councilmember Williams on this achievement,” Randall said.
